The layout of our rooms allows for different events to take place simultaneously, so whether you would like to reserve a small corporate gathering, or social reception with many guests, we are able to accommodate your party with privacy and luxury. Our event space consists of:

  • Two large ballrooms
  • Ten breakout rooms
  • One official boardroom

Our two ballrooms can accommodate up to 400 seated in classroom style, and we have 10 breakout rooms ranging from 380 square feet. to 1,100 square feet. We offer ample natural light in the 10,000 square-foot foyer with our large skylights. From our built-in registration desk, you have a commanding view of all our meeting space. If you move your registration desk to the escalators, you can easily oversee the entire lobby as well. We also have three meeting rooms with natural light and outdoor terraces, including a boardroom for 24.

Our hotel is located right in the heart of the Downtown Los Angeles Financial District and only blocks from the city’s Civic Center and Government District. We’re also just minutes from well-known event venues such as the L.A. Live! entertainment complex, Los Angeles Convention Center, Staples Center, and Nokia Theater.

Traveling to Downtown LA Area

Events held at our hotel afford you and your attendees easy access to the greater Los Angeles Metro area via the Metro Rail and major freeways. This makes it easy to get to and from Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Universal City, and Long Beach for our guests. You’re also a short distance to Union Station for Metro Rail to Pasadena or the Airport Flyer to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

After your event, you will find that we are close to multiple offsite restaurants prime for dining. Within three blocks are award-winning restaurants, such as Drago Centro, Chaya, the Blue Cow, Border Grill and Perch, for great food or happy hour options.
