The LA Hotel Downtown is completely non-smoking. A $400 cleaning fee is applied to a room that has been smoked in.

The Hotel has valet only parking provided by ABM a third party company for a fee of $40.00 in and out privileges and the rate expires the following day at 7am.

Visitors also pay $3.50 per 15 min up to a max of $40.

Hotel Bar/Restaurant offers special validation, pay $5.00/3 hrs, the regular rates.

We are located on the corner of Figueroa St and 3rd Street in downtown Los Angeles.

The LA Hotel downtown offers rollaway beds based on availability for $25. Please be aware some rooms do not allow rollaway beds. Cribs are available at no charge.

Cancellations must occur at least one day prior to local hotel time of 4pm. Guests who do not cancel prior to one day before local hotel time of 4pm will be charged a one night’s room plus tax. Cancellation policy is subject to change. An early departure fee in an amount up to one night’s room and tax may apply.

We do require a government issued photo ID/passport at the time of check in for all reservations.
