Oktoberfest at the Alpine Village Center is perhaps one of the most well known Oktoberfest events in all of Southern California. If it’s not the most well known, it is certainly the oldest as it is the longest running Oktoberfest in LA! At this event, enjoy fantastic German meals including Bavarian pretzels, pork schnitzel sandwiches, bratwurst and more! The event is open Fridays from 6pm-midnight, Saturdays from 5pm-midnight and Sundays 1pm to 6pm. Fridays and Saturdays are 21+ and Sundays are family friendly!
Wurstkuche is a European inspired restaurant combined with LA flair. Known for their extensive array of bratwurst, as well as other sausages, and long list of beers on tap, the restaurant is a favorite of those in the area. Starting September 30th through October 15th, Wurstkuche is celebrating Oktoberfest every weekend. Every weekend, there will be Munich Boom-Steiners performing all weekend long! Feel free to dress up in your best lederhosen and traditional German wear. In fact, dressing up is highly encouraged! Feeling like hanging out around the Downtown L.A. area? If so, head over to Pershing Square, located in the heart of Downtown. Here, you can enjoy the 2nd Annual Oktoberfest at Pershing Square! This is a FREE event where you can specifically enjoy local brews and other California beers. This event is also open to all ages. While admission is free, you have the option of purchasing tasting packages as well as feed deals. This event takes place on Saturday, October 21st and Sunday, October 22nd from 12pm-8pm.
