The L.A. Grand Hotel Downtown is completely non-smoking. A $300 cleaning fee is applied to a room that has been smoked in.

We have your wellness in mind.  Our newly renovated Fitness and Yoga studio includes state of the art strength training equipment by LifeFitness and Precor, plus a newly reimagined yoga studio featuring Manduka yoga mats and props for a well balanced workout.  Open 24 hours, 7 days a week access by your room key.

Yes, The L.A. Grand Hotel Downtown offers room service 24 hours daily.

Located on level two, across from the Fitness Center.  Computers are available for a fee. Open 24/7.

The Hotel has valet only parking handled by a third party company for a fee of $50.00 in and out privileges.  The rate expires at 7 am the following day.

Visitors also pay $5.00 per 15 min up to a max of $50.

Hotel Bar/Restaurant offers special validation at $8.00/3 hrs, thereafter regular rates resume.

We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service. Please contact the concierge for transportation assistance.

We are located on the corner of Figueroa St. and 3rd Street, in downtown Los Angeles.

Rollaway Beds as well as Crib/Infant Beds are available at an additional charge (currently set at $15/ea. per day)

Cancellations must occur 48 hours prior to the local arrival time of 3pm. Guests who do not cancel 48 hours prior to the local arrival time of 3pm will be charged a one night room plus tax. Cancellation policy is subject to change. An early departure fee in an amount up to one night’s room and tax may apply.

Special rules may apply for guests under the age of 21.

We do require a government issued photo ID/passport at the time of check in for all reservations.

We do have a limited number of connecting rooms on property. This is on a request basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower. For more information on the accessible features of our hotel, please contact our Front Desk.
